Shipments and returns

The transport of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receiving and confirming your payment. The shipping methods available to us, are DHL, FEDEX and Chronopost, generally have the best shipping methods available, delivery time for European countries is still between 4 and 6 days.
Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.

Right of withdrawal

Warranties & Service

Expenses incurred for the return of an item down under manufacturer's warranty are not reimbursed by us and are your responsibility.
We reimburse the costs of the return of a product down based on the tariffs of postal services.
Unjustified Returns: Products returned without cause will remain after transmission by email intervention report, available to the customer's premises TelesatSHOP. The reference to the customer's address will be charged on the basis of rates of mail in force at the time of return.
